General Operations:

An excellent volunteer staff of Christian teachers and counselors will be working under the direction of a Camp Wabashi director. The staff will also include a registered nurse, athletic directors, Bible teachers and other personnel who provide an exciting week of Christian camping.


Camp Wabashi is located on 80 acres eight miles south of Terre Haute, Indiana. Three boy's cabins and shower house, four girl's cabins, lodge building, medical building, outdoor chapel, softball field, soccer field, volleyball courts, lake, basketball court and hiking trails as well as playground equipment.


The $125 fee ($115 if application postmarked before June 1) covers the cost of food, refreshments, camp shirt, camp picture and craft items


A $10.00 non-refundable deposit for each week's session and/or Youth Rally reservations should accompany the application.

Daily Bible classes, a chapel service, singing, evening campfires, crafts as well as recreational and other developmental activities.

What to Bring:

Each camper should bring a Bible, sheets, blankets, pillow, towels, toilet articles and flashlight. All shorts are to be knee length (walking shorts). All clothing should be appropriate for a Christian environment i.e. it shouldn't be too revealing or such that would attract attention.

Please do not bring electronic items such as ipods, cell phones, players, gameboys, etc... The camp environment is not electronic friendly. Also we feel that a week at camp is a perfect time to reset our lifestyles, simplify our lives and get back to nature.

Check In/Out Times:

Check into camp at 3 - 5 p.m. Sunday and out of camp at 9 - 10 a.m. Saturday.
